Since 2008 Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment has been engaged in performance of a number of the European Commission and international financial institution Framework Agreements regarding implementation of environmental policy, assessment of compliance with environmental legislation, as well as extending assistance to third countries. A number of projects have been successfully accomplished in Bulgaria, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey and other countries.

On-going since 2009 – EC Framework Agreement “EC Framework Contract Beneficiaries 2009 Lot 6 Environment".

On-going since 2008 – EC Framework Agreement “Conformity checking of measures of Member States to transpose directives in the sector of the environment and technical assessments on Member States' compliance with the applicable Community environmental legislation”.

On-going since 2011 – EU Framework Agreement “Framework contract for economic analysis of environmental policies and sustainable development”
